Procedure Text  Title : How to make klepon Ingredients : 200 gr of sweet potatoes  One tablespoon of starch  50 gr of brown sugar  100 gr of grated coconut  Salt to taste  Instructions/steps : 1. Steam a piece of sweet potato that has been cleaned for about 25 minutes   2. Prepare steamed sweet potatoes and other ingredients  3. Puree sweet potatoes that have been steamed and peeled  4. Add starch and salt to taste in sweet potato mixture  5. After that, stir the mixture until it is smooth and not sticky  6. Cut or mash small brown sugar  7. Take a little dough then press it then add brown sugar that has been cut  8. Shape the dough into a round until finished  9.
